How do I view DTRs in Cognos?

You can run your own DTRs in Cognos at any time using Atlas.

From the Atlas side menu, click FULL MENU > General > Reports. Then scroll down to the bottom of the page until you find DTR.

Complete the information requested on the form that appears after clicking DTR; there are a variety of reports you can choose from under Select a GL Account Report Type.

If you wish to select additional filters, you can fill them out on the next page after clicking Next, but they are optional and you can simply click Finish when you are done.

You can also limit your report to certain fiscal years, or check multiple months within a fiscal year to limit it further.

Finally, when a report is run, please click the triangle in the upper right hand portion of your screen to go back, as the browser’s back button will bring you out of the app entirely.
