If you’re leaving MIT and have a travel card, make sure:
- There are no outstanding charges on your travel card.
- There are no travel reports left to be submitted for charges on your card.
If you’re all set on these fronts, then:
- Send an email to travelsupport@mit.edu telling them you are leaving and your card should be deactivated.
- Return the card to the DMSE Finance office so that we may dispose of it.
